How long is the performance?
The show is 2 hours 30 minutes in length. This includes a 20-minute interval.
Is there an age recommendation?
Disney’s Frozen the Musical is recommended for ages 5 and up.
Please be aware that all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and seated next to the accompanying adult.
Patrons under 2 years of age are admitted free and must remain on the lap of a parent/guardian. Babes in arms tickets are available from the box office on the day of the performance.
Are special effects used during the performance?
Disney’s Frozen the Musical includes the use of smoke strobing lights and other theatrical effects.

What if I am late to the performance?
Patrons arriving late may not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.
Photography and recording
Photography, video, and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.
